Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented team player to join a client of ours and help keep orders flowing, customers informed, and shipments on track. If you enjoy variety in your day, working with people, and being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you!

Location: Manchester, NH

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (includes a paid lunch)

Pay: $18/hr

Type: Temporary to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails and route inquiries as needed
  • Enter and process customer orders and parts orders accurately
  • Prepare shipping paperwork, including labels, bills of lading, and tracking numbers
  • Coordinate shipments using UPS and FedEx
  • Manage online inventory and obtain freight quotes
  • Provide order and shipping status updates to customers
  • Support outside sales representatives with marketing materials
  • Mail product samples, including color blocks and fabric swatches
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
